Child safety standards
Version of August 3, 2026. This page describes Undernote's commitments against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in line with Google Play's child safety standards.
Absolute prohibition
Undernote strictly prohibits any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation: abuse imagery (CSAM), solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or any other use that endangers a minor. Zero tolerance: the content is removed and the account permanently banned.
Minimum age
Undernote is restricted to people aged 15 and over (see the terms of service).
Reporting from the app
Every note, profile and message can be reported directly in the app: the note or profile menu, or a long press on a message. Every report is reviewed by moderation, which can remove the content and ban the account.
Cooperation with authorities
Any child sexual abuse material brought to our attention is reported to the competent authorities (in France, the official PHAROS platform) and retained only as long as strictly necessary for that report. Undernote complies with lawful requests from authorities.
