Delete my Undernote account

From the app

Open your profile, then the Settings gear, then "Delete my account". Confirm by entering your username. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, notes, photos, comments and subscriptions are erased.

Without access to the app

Write to us from the email address linked to your account at hello@undernote.app with the subject "Account deletion". Requests are processed within 30 days.

Data concerned

All account data is erased (see the privacy policy). No data is retained after deletion, except where required by law.
